Daniel Ricciardo has taken inspiration from the 1990s for a special new helmet to be used over the Miami Grand Prix weekend.

Daniel Ricciardo will use one of his boldest helmet designs yet for the inaugural Miami Grand Prix weekend.

The Australian driver has taken inspiration from the 1990s by giving a nod to the Ace Ventura: Pet Detective films with his new lid.

Against a floral background is an image of Ricciardo's face on a label declaring him to be a pet detective, along with other references to the movie on the helmet.

Ricciardo isn't the only driver to opt for a unique design in honour of F1's debut trip to Miami, with the likes of Norris and Bottas also unveiling special helmets for the weekend.
